My girlfriend and I will have an open room from late Dec/beginning of Jan until July at Sterling. The rent would be $600 plus electric and WiFi. We don’t smoke or throw parties, but do drink occasionlsly. We do have a car so please no more animals. We are both easy going people who clean up after ourselves.
